Artwork Requirements
- File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
- Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides
- Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface
Artwork Proofs
Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.
Design Templates
Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.
No Artwork? No Problem
If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.
How to Order

- Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
- We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.
Turnaround Times
- Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
- Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)
Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.
Custom Printed 12oz Coffee Cups
A 12oz cup is the standard large in most Australian cafes: enough room for a double shot with steamed milk without drowning the coffee. It is also the safest single size to stock if your customers expect a proper large latte, cappuccino or chai.
The 12oz is available in single wall or double wall, each with a standard PE lining or a commercially compostable PLA lining. Your artwork wraps the full surface of the cup, and we send 2 free proofs before anything goes to print. Add smooth, fibre or CPLA lids in the configurator if you need them.

Is 12oz a large or a medium?
In most Australian cafes 12oz is sold as the large. Venues that run three sizes typically use 8oz small, 12oz medium and 16oz large.
Do 12oz cups come in double wall?
Yes, 12oz is available in double wall alongside 8oz. Double wall keeps drinks warmer for longer and is more comfortable to hold.
Can I print a different design on my 12oz cups than my 8oz?
Yes. Each size is printed as its own run with its own artwork, so you can vary the design per size. Every artwork gets 2 free proofs.
What is the minimum order for 12oz printed cups?
500 cups. Pricing improves at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 units.
