  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Custom Coffee Cups for Events

Event runs start at just 500 cups, which suits single-day functions, and scale to 10,000 for multi-day festivals. Standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, with a rush option in 5-7 if the date is close. Print the event name, dates, hashtags, sponsor logos or a QR code, anything your artwork can carry.

How far ahead of my event should I order?

Allow 10 business days for production after you approve your proof, plus delivery. If your event is closer than that, choose the rush option (5-7 business days) at checkout.

Can I print sponsor logos on event cups?

Yes. The print wraps the full cup, so there is room for event branding on one side and sponsor logos on the other. You approve 2 free proofs before we print.

What size should I order for an event coffee cart?

8oz covers standard espresso drinks and keeps queues moving. If your caterer serves larges, split the order between 8oz and 12oz.

Is 500 cups enough for my event?

As a rule of thumb, expect most attendees to take at least one hot drink at a morning event. 500 suits functions of a few hundred people; larger events should size up to the next tier.
