  • Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  3. Upload your artwork – you can attach files during checkout or email them to us
  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Wholesale & Bulk Custom Coffee Cups

Bulk printing is where custom cups get properly economical: per-cup pricing falls at every tier from 500 through 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 cups. Cafe groups, franchises, event caterers and distributors buying at the top tiers pay a fraction of the entry per-cup price, with the same full-colour, full-wrap printing on every cup.

Wholesale orders cover the complete range: 6oz to 16oz, single and double wall, standard or commercially compostable lining, with lids priced at matching volumes. Every order still gets 2 free artwork proofs, and delivery is calculated by destination and order size, shipped in sturdy stackable cartons.

How much cheaper are cups at volume?

Per-cup pricing steps down at every quantity tier, and the 10,000 tier is the cheapest per cup we print. The tables below show every tier’s price so you can compare exactly.

Can I split a bulk order across sizes or designs?

Each size and design is its own print run with its own tier pricing. Many wholesale buyers run 8oz and 12oz together, each at volume.

Do you supply cafe groups and franchises?

Yes. Groups typically print one brand design at the 5,000 or 10,000 tier and distribute cartons across locations.

How are bulk orders shipped?

In sturdy, stackable cartons, sized by quantity, with freight calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
