Delivery Coverage
We deliver custom printed coffee cups Australia-wide, including all states and territories. Orders are dispatched via courier from our production facility.
Turnaround Times
Once your artwork has been approved and payment received:
- Standard production: 10 business days
- Express production: 5–7 business days (additional $150+GST per size/design)
Production begins only after artwork approval and payment. Please allow additional time for courier transit to your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated separately based on your location and order size. Typical freight costs range between $30 and $150 depending on the quantity and delivery destination. Exact shipping costs will be confirmed before dispatch.
shipping is not included on coffee cup orders due to the size and weight of the product.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, typical courier delivery times are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas (NT, TAS, WA regional): 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or call 1800 407 700. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
