Artwork Requirements
- File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
- Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
- Bleed: 3mm on all sides
- Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface
Artwork Proofs
Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.
Design Templates
Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.
No Artwork? No Problem
If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.
How to Order

- Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
- We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.
Turnaround Times
- Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
- Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)
Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Custom Printed 8oz Coffee Cups
The 8oz cup is the workhorse of Australian cafes. It suits flat whites, lattes and cappuccinos made on a single shot, keeps milk-to-coffee ratios tight, and is the size most regulars order their morning coffee in. If you only brand one cup size, this is usually the one to start with.
Choose single wall for the most economical option or double wall for extra insulation on longer holds. Both are available with a standard PE lining or a plant-based PLA lining that is commercially compostable, and you can add matching lids to any order. Every order includes 2 free artwork proofs before we print.

What drinks suit an 8oz cup best?
Espresso-based milk coffees: flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos and piccolo-style serves where the barista wants the coffee flavour to lead. Most cafes run 8oz as their small and pair it with a 12oz large.
Can I get 8oz cups in double wall?
Yes. 8oz is one of the two sizes we offer in double wall (the other is 12oz). Double wall adds insulation so the cup stays comfortable to hold without a sleeve.
What lids fit your 8oz cups?
We offer smooth lids in white or black, fibre lids and CPLA lids to suit the 8oz cup. Select the lid option in the configurator and pricing updates automatically.
How many 8oz cups do I need to order?
The minimum order is 500 cups. Volume pricing kicks in at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000, and the per-cup price drops at each tier.
