Artwork Requirements

  • File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
  • Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  2. Add to cart and complete checkout
  3. Upload your artwork – you can attach files during checkout or email them to us
  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Compostable Coffee Cups, Custom Printed

Our compostable cups replace the conventional plastic lining with a plant-based PLA lining, so the whole cup can be processed in commercial composting. For cafes and businesses whose customers ask what happens to the cup after the coffee, it is a direct, visible answer printed right into your branding.

Compostable cups are available in every size we print, 6oz to 16oz, in single wall, and in double wall for 8oz and 12oz. CPLA and fibre lid options complete the package. Artwork wraps the full cup, you get 2 free proofs, and the minimum run is 500 cups.

What makes these cups compostable?

The lining. Standard cups use a PE plastic lining; these use a plant-based PLA lining designed to break down in commercial composting facilities.

Can compostable cups go in my home compost or green bin?

Commercial composting is the intended pathway, and green bin rules differ by council. Check what your local facility accepts before advising customers.

Do compostable cups feel or print differently?

No. They print in full colour with the same full-wrap coverage and hold hot drinks just like standard cups.

Are there compostable lids too?

Yes. Choose fibre lids or CPLA lids in the configurator to keep the whole serve compostable.
