  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  3. Upload your artwork – you can attach files during checkout or email them to us
  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Custom Coffee Cups for Weddings

A wedding coffee cart has become one of the most loved late-night additions to Australian weddings, and a personalised cup makes it feel designed rather than hired. Print your names, wedding date, a monogram or an illustration that matches your stationery, and the coffee round becomes part of the styling.

The 500-cup minimum comfortably covers a wedding with plenty left over as keepsakes. Order in the style your caterer or cart operator serves, usually 8oz, and allow 10 business days from proof approval plus delivery. You will see 2 free proofs of your design before we print, so the colours match your palette exactly.

We only have 150 guests, is 500 cups too many?

500 is the minimum print run, and wedding coffee carts typically serve multiple rounds late in the evening. Couples often keep leftover cups for the morning-after brunch or as favours.

Can you match my wedding colours?

Yes. We print in full colour and send 2 free proofs so you can check the palette against your stationery before production.

What size cup do wedding coffee carts use?

Most carts serve espresso drinks in 8oz. If your caterer offers hot chocolate or chai as well, 12oz is a safe companion size.

How far before the wedding should we order?

Approve your proof at least 10 business days before you need the cups in hand, plus delivery time. A rush option (5-7 business days) is available if the date is tight.
