  • File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
  • Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Custom Double Wall Coffee Cups

Double wall cups sandwich an insulating layer of air between two walls of paperboard. The result: coffee stays hotter for longer and the cup never gets too hot to hold, with no sleeve or double-cupping needed. If your customers linger over their coffee, commute with it, or you simply want a more premium feel in the hand, double wall is the upgrade.

We print double wall cups in 8oz and 12oz with a full wrap of your artwork, in standard PE or commercially compostable PLA-lined material. The extra wall also gives the print a slightly more rigid, premium canvas. Minimum order 500 cups, 2 free proofs on every order.

Why choose double wall over single wall?

Insulation and feel. Double wall keeps drinks warmer, protects hands without a sleeve, and feels sturdier, which many venues consider worth the extra cost per cup.

What sizes are double wall cups available in?

8oz and 12oz. For 6oz and 16oz we print single wall cups.

Do double wall cups eliminate the need for cup sleeves?

Yes, that is their main job. The air gap between walls does what a sleeve would, so you serve one item instead of two.

Are compostable double wall cups available?

Yes. Both 8oz and 12oz double wall cups can be made with a plant-based PLA lining that is commercially compostable.
