What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 500 cups per size and design. This keeps pricing accessible for small businesses while ensuring high print quality.
Can I print my logo on both single and double-walled coffee cups?
Absolutely. Your logo or design can be printed in full colour on either single or double-walled coffee cups.
What sizes are available?
We offer cups in 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz sizes to suit a variety of serving requirements.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your artwork is approved and payment received, the standard production time is 10 business days, excluding delivery. Express production (5-7 business days) is available for an additional $150+GST per size/design. Please allow extra time for courier transit.
Do the cups come with lids?
Yes, lids are available in either black or white. They are offered as an add-on at $40+GST per 1,000 lids.
Can I upload my own design?
Certainly. You can use our provided templates to upload your design, or simply send us your logo and our design team will create the final artwork for you at no extra charge.
What file specifications should I follow?
Please ensure your artwork is set to CMYK colour mode at 300dpi and includes the necessary bleed. We’ll provide you with the correct template for your chosen cup size.
How many proofs do I get?
You receive 2 artwork proofs. Additional proofs are $25+GST each. We won’t print until you’ve approved the final proof.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and order size, typically ranging between $30 and $150. shipping is not included due to the size and weight of coffee cup orders. Exact costs are confirmed before dispatch.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all states and territories across Australia.
What are the cups made of?
Our cups come in two variants: single-walled (standard paper cup) and double-walled (provides enhanced heat insulation, no sleeve needed).
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes! We offer a sample pack so you can see and feel the cup quality before ordering. Order your sample here, it ships within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure Stripe checkout. Bank transfer is also available for larger orders.
