Artwork Requirements

  • File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
  • Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  3. Upload your artwork – you can attach files during checkout or email them to us
  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

If sustainability is part of your brand, the cup you hand over is where customers see it or do not. Our eco-friendly range centres on cups with a plant-based PLA lining instead of conventional plastic, designed for commercial composting, printed with your branding in full colour so the message and the material match.

Eco options are available across the full range: 6oz to 16oz, single wall, and double wall in 8oz and 12oz, with fibre and CPLA lids to keep the whole serve compostable. Minimum order is 500 cups with 2 free artwork proofs, and volume tiers to 10,000 cups.

What makes these cups eco-friendly?

The compostable option swaps the standard PE plastic lining for a plant-based PLA lining, so cups can be processed by commercial composting facilities.

Are the lids eco-friendly too?

Fibre lids and CPLA lids are available as compostable options alongside the standard smooth lids.

Do eco cups cost much more than standard?

Compostable material carries a modest premium per cup. The pricing tables below show standard and compostable prices side by side so you can compare exactly.

Can I promote the cups as compostable on the artwork?

Yes, many customers print a line about commercial compostability on the cup. Keep claims accurate for your local composting facilities, and we will proof the wording with you.
