Artwork Requirements

  • File format: PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG (300dpi minimum)
  • Colour mode: CMYK (we convert RGB files)
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Print area: Full wrap around the cup – your design covers the entire surface

Artwork Proofs

Every order includes 2 artwork proofs so you can see exactly how your cups will look before we print. Additional proofs are $25+GST each.

Design Templates

Need a template? Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you the correct dieline template for your chosen cup size. Templates include safe zones, bleed areas and fold guides.

No Artwork? No Problem

If you have a logo but need help with the cup layout, our team can set up your artwork for a small design fee. Just send us your logo and any brand guidelines.

How to Order

  3. Upload your artwork – you can attach files during checkout or email them to us
  4. Approve your proof – we will send a digital mockup within 1 business day
  5. We print and ship – standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 500 cups per design. Need less? Try our sample pack first.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Full payment is required before production begins.

Delivery

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cups are shipped in sturdy cartons to protect your print quality.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval (excludes delivery)
  • Rush production: 5-7 business days (+$165)

Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed as they depend on the courier. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs vary by location – metro areas are cheapest, regional areas may incur additional charges.

Personalised cups put whatever matters to you on the cup: a business logo, a family name for a party, team colours for a club fundraiser, or artwork for a product launch. If it can be supplied as print-ready artwork, it can wrap a cup, and our team proofs every design with you before it prints.

Runs start at 500 cups in sizes 6oz to 16oz, with single wall, double wall and commercially compostable options. You get 2 free artwork proofs, so the colours and layout are locked in before production, and delivery is available Australia-wide with production of 10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery time.

Can I personalise cups for a private event rather than a business?

Yes. Birthdays, engagements, club events and fundraisers are all common orders. The same 500-cup minimum and proofing process applies.

What file do I need to supply for my design?

Print-ready artwork works best. Check the design and templates tab above for specs and downloadable templates, and our proofing process will flag anything that needs adjusting.

Do I get to approve the design before printing?

Always. Every order includes 2 free artwork proofs, and production only starts after you approve.

Can I order the same design across multiple sizes?

Yes, each size is its own run of 500 or more, and we can apply the same approved artwork to each size you order.
