1. Is pricing published?
Suppliers who publish full quantity-tier pricing let you compare in minutes; suppliers who quote by email are pricing per customer. Every price on this site is public, per size and per tier, on the product pages.
2. What is the proofing policy?
A proof is your only protection against a full run of misprinted cups. Check how many proofs are included and whether they cost extra. Here, every order includes 2 free artwork proofs, and production starts only after you approve.
3. What is the real minimum order?
Custom printing minimums in the Australian market commonly range from 500 to 5,000 cups. If you are a small venue or ordering for one event, that difference decides who you can use. Our minimum is 500 cups.
4. Turnaround, measured from what?
“Two weeks” means little until you know when the clock starts. Look for turnaround measured from proof approval: ours is 10 business days standard, 5-7 rush, plus delivery.
5. Material options
A supplier should offer both standard PE-lined cups and a genuine compostable option (plant-based PLA lining), across sizes, not just one token line. Compare on our compostable range.
6. Print coverage
Some suppliers charge by print colours or restrict coverage to one panel. Full-colour, full-wrap printing at a single price is the modern standard, ask directly, because it changes what your designer can do.
7. Freight honesty
